Creating better customer experience from the first encounter

Delivering a great customer experience is hugely important for any business. It is the result of every interaction a customer has with our business, from navigating the website to talking to sales and project personnel and receiving the product or solution.

We wanted to build a better experience from the first encounter, when we are in contact with customers. We had a huge amount of sales material accumulated from the previous projects. Making presentations took time when seeking the right files for a particular customer. Also sharing the big number of files with the customers was challenging, and it was hard to track what’s been shared already. Does this sound familiar?

We wanted change. Now we have a platform called Showell, which enables us to store, manage and easily share our sales material to the customers. The necessary material is in one place and we can make presentations more customer-oriented.

This may sound like a small step in the overall customer experience, but hopefully in the end it will have a positive influence on the customer satisfaction, loyalty and recommendations.
